The ego is a monkey catapulting through the jungle:
Totally fascinated by the realm of the senses,
it swings from one desire to the next,
one conflict to the next,
one self-centered idea to the next.
If you threaten it, it actually fears for its life.

Let this monkey go.
Let the senses go. Let desires go.
Let conflicts go.
Let ideas go.
Let the fiction of life and death go.
Just remain in the center, watching.

And then forget that you are there.

If you are waiting for anything to live and love without holding back, then you suffer. Every moment is the most important of your life. No future time is better than now to let your guard down and love.

Lose yourself; don't get lost in yourself.

Multiplicity without strife is joy.

Separation is the absence of Love, and Love is the absence of separation.

The unknown is not measurable by the known. Time cannot measure the timesless, the eternal, that immensity which has no beginning and no end. But our minds are bound to the yardstick of yesterday, today, and tomorrow, and with that yardstick we try to inquire into the unknown, to measure that which is not measurable. And when we try to measure something which is not measurable, we only get caught in words.
